Please wash to see how the final product is and you will see the quality and softness of our fabrics. Also some hand made clothes smell like weed. Well, your welcome.   • Biscuit tid bits...

    At Biscuits we are not racist or sexist in anyway. Market dictates 75% of purchases are made by women, coincidentally alot of womens clothing is priced higher. Cuts are 9$ more from factory just for the style fabric or cut that is the same cost for them to make the mens or unisex. In a effort to make my clothing line fair I have tried to even out prices by taking cuts on many womens items. Touche

Returns Policies

Damaged & mislabeled items

At Biscuits N Company LLC, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. If you have this issue we are sorry to hear that your product arrived [damaged/mislabeled]. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.

Once we have the photos, we will file a problem report with our manufacturer and begin the return process and get the correct product to you.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the Print facility.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once i get the notification and have to reship to correct address

Biscuits n Company does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, health or hygiene products.

Please NOTE Biscuits n Company reserves rights to refuse ANY returns at its sole discretion.
